How Do I Pass IELTS

This project is one of the biggest projects I've created, so far. Most demanding too! It was created to respond to my weak students' needs. They are often interested in learning more about IELTS (a language test) early on in their learning journey, but are demotivated when they find all the available resources online are in English, a language they struggle to understand.

Using different video production software, I create videos that explain the test itself and other strategies, in both English AND Arabic. These videos are posted on a dedicated youtube channel, and materials that go with each episode are posted on the website.

iOS Apps for ESL

I'm always looking for new apps to create a welcoming and productive learning experience for my students as they learn English. Through this blog, I share my experience with different iOS apps as language learning tools.

Using WordPress, I designed this blog to mimic an iPad. --trying to be creative!

mLearning Bank

To respond my students' need for additional independent practice, this project was born: an online resource bank for iPad-friendly activities that students can complete on their own and get immediate feedback. The resource has also been shared with other colleagues and campuses.

After I create activities using SoftChalk and BookWidgets, I add them to the website according to level/semester.
